My mothers house caught on fire and had extensive smoke damage. Chris was on the scene promptly while the fire departments were still putting out the fire. They boarded up all the damaged windows and doors that day. I was very impressed with the service we received from Tom and Mandy. They made the process easier for us and just took control. The communication was great with everyone involved. They do beàutiful work and I would hire them again without thinking twice! We have a beautiful new home now thanks to Design Restorations!
Jacob came to our home to inspect water damage and discuss possible mold remediation, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was extremely helpful. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and then some), never once making me feel rushed or like a burden. As someone who was feeling pretty anxious about the situation, Jacob’s calm and knowledgeable approach put me completely at ease. Just based on this initial visit alone, I would absolutely trust and work with him again for any future mold remediation needs in our home.
After my sewer backed up and flooded my basement, my insurance company put me in contact with Design Restoration. They brought their team over and cleaned and sanitized my basement in incredibly short order. They installed fans and a dehumidifyer and came back the next day to check on the moisure levels. On day 2 they came back checked the moisture levels again, and carted away their equipment. Hats off to the whole team, Jacob Campbell wrapped things up and informed me as to the next steps with my insurance. In this day and age, I guess I'm totally shocked when you meet folks who are hard working, competent and most of all caring. Bravo! My highest endorsment possible. Would recommend and use again Design Restoration in a heartbeat.

Whatever you do do not hire this company. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to give them a star to post a review they don't even deserve one star. I hire this company to repair my house after a fire. They do more damage to my property and will not pay for it. I went out of town for 4 days and when I came back they had all my copper plumbing tore out of my house and put in Pex. There was no plumbing work to be done in my house at all and was not on the estimate that they gave the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they said no there is no estimate for any plumbing work. My insurance company said that there was no damage to any of the plumbing during the fire therefore I would have to pay for any of the plumbing work out of my own pocket. They went behind my back and tore out all my plumbing which was not supposed to be worked on at all. Besides that when they did the pack up they're trying to charge me $24,000 for putting a couple items in storage. On the invoice the storage comes out to $1,000 a month. They are a nightmare please take my advice and don't hire this company

Not really any supervision over my project. They didn't put in the window in front in the right place, they fixed it but now I've noticed two different sizes of windows on the side of my house that i have already had sided. The framers, plumber and hvac installers haven't seen the guy. What do I do?
