After my sewer backed up and flooded my basement, my insurance company put me in contact with Design Restoration. They brought their team over and cleaned and sanitized my basement in incredibly short order. They installed fans and a dehumidifyer and came back the next day to check on the moisure levels. On day 2 they came back checked the moisture levels again, and carted away their equipment. Hats off to the whole team, Jacob Campbell wrapped things up and informed me as to the next steps with my insurance. In this day and age, I guess I'm totally shocked when you meet folks who are hard working, competent and most of all caring. Bravo! My highest endorsment possible. Would recommend and use again Design Restoration in a heartbeat.

Very professional from the beginning and was upfront about everything that they would be doing. They came right away, cleaned everything up, went over everything step by step. It was a long process due to having to go through insurance, but Jeremy and his team kept in contact with us the whole time.
